Easy Street Retreat is situated on the banks of the Bellinger River in the Thora Valley near Bellingen in NSW Australia .

Easy Street Retreat is surrounded by natural beauty. It borders the Bellinger River and the Bellinger River National Park. Platypuses are common along the river and many bird, reptile, insect and mammal species thrive in the lush rainforest surroundings.

There's a lot of hard work to do. Rain is abundant. Trees, shrubs, grasses and environmental weeds grow quickly. It's a pleasure however to see seedlings thrive, native animals and birds busy with their lives, the river flow past the door, catfish diligently protecting their eggs, and listening to frog orchestras on humid summer evenings.
